Refund policy
Due to the nature of many mobility and medical products we sell, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, assembled, or removed from their original packaging, except if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or where required by law.
Unopened and unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery and must be approved in advance by Mobility Depot USA.
If the return is due to our error, including an incorrect item or a product damaged in transit, we will arrange the return at no cost to the customer. If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the return is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Custom, special-order, clearance, and other non-returnable items are not eligible for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
